Booking Terms
These booking terms are between you and Lash Principal. They apply when you book, change or cancel an appointment through this website, or use your client account here. By booking, you agree to them.

Booking appointments
When you book, you ask Lash Principal to reserve a time for the services you chose. An appointment may need to be confirmed by the studio before it is final, and you will be told when that is the case.
Please give accurate contact details. The studio uses them to confirm, remind you of, or change your appointment.
Cancellations, changes and no-shows
You can view, reschedule or cancel your appointments from the Appointments page.
Lash Principal's cancellation policy:
Any cancelled or rescheduled appointment that occur less than 24 hours before your scheduled service will be charged $35 fee that need to be paid before the next appointment. This includes no shows as well.
*There is a grace 15min wait time for the client and for the technician as well*
Appointments running more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled.
Prices and payments
Prices and durations shown on this website are a guide and may change. The final price is confirmed by Lash Principal.
Health and safety
Before your appointment, tell Lash Principal about any allergies, skin or eye conditions, medications, pregnancy or recent procedures. The studio may decline, change or stop a service if it may not be safe for you.
Messages about your appointments
By booking, you agree that Lash Principal may send you emails and text messages about your appointments, such as confirmations, reminders and changes. How often depends on your bookings, usually a few messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop text messages at any time. Promotional messages are only sent if you opt in, and you can also stop them with the unsubscribe link in any email.
Using this website
Please do not make bookings you do not intend to keep, book on someone else's behalf without their permission, or try to interfere with the website. Lash Principal may decline or cancel bookings that break these terms.
Services and responsibility
Services are provided by Lash Principal, not by BukaTime, which operates this booking website on the studio's behalf. To the extent allowed by law, neither the studio nor BukaTime is liable for losses caused by the website being temporarily unavailable.
Changes to these terms
Lash Principal may update these terms. The version on this page applies to bookings made after the change.
Your client account and the booking platform are provided by BukaTime under the BukaTime Terms of Service, a separate agreement between you and BukaTime.
